Jordan & Christin’s day was filled with honest sentiments, selflessness and love. Not just for one another, but for everyone who came. And even those who could not.
When Jordan’s grandmother became too ill the day of the wedding to come, he and Christin decided it best to take all of the wedding photos before the ceremony so they could visit her in the hospital before heading to the reception. As the photographer I felt so honored to have the opportunity to capture those moments with her.
Christin & Jordan’s concern for others was infectious, and it was so sweet to witness the kindness between strangers and family alike. When the mother of the bride lost her vision a few months ago, everyone who knew day-of made sure she was cared for and involved as much as possible. Even the staff at Founders were extra accommodating once they met the bride & groom, allowing us at the end of the night into the warehouse with the fermenting tanks (the couple share an affinity for good beer) for some final photos.
All-in-all these two made my job easy. Their love for one another made every candid picture a keeper, and boy was it hard to pair it down! Here are the-not-so-short highlights from Jordan & Christin’s well-deserved, well-celebrated day.
Huge thanks to Romence Gardens for the First Looks and Family scenery, their local and friendly atmosphere was so great to work with. And also a shout out to the hard working Founders crew, you sure know how to throw a party.
